Broadband
Wireless Communication and Multimedia Laboratory of Tongji University mainly
research the theory and technology of wireless
communication(4G/LTE/Assessment test), IOV communication,IOV sensing and its application in the Intelligent
Transportation Systems. As Tongji University's “985 Plan”, the laboratory is
constructed by the Ministry of Education as branch of the key laboratory. In
recent years , the laboratory have completed National Key R&D projects, NSF
of China,High-Tech 863 projects, The International Grand Cooperation projects
of MOST,National Innovation Foundation provided by the Ministry of Science and
Technology(MOST) and so on .
So far, the Lab has applied or gained 13 national
patents, published more than 100 papers, 50 of which are searched by
SCI、EI、ISTP, and 8 books .The Lab have also created a national criterion and a
Shanghai local one . 11 national or provincel scientific research prizes have
been awarded to the Lab.
Presently, the Lab has exchanging programs for
postgraduates with University of California at Los Angeles, Columbia University in the City of New York(USA),University
of Michigan(USA), Texas Tech University (USA) ,Institut national des
télécommunications(France), University of
Erlangen(Germany),Politecnico di Torino(Italy), National Institute of
Informatics (Japan), Kumamoto University(Japan), Helsinki University of
Technology (Finland) , etc.. The Lab is also active in conducting international
research cooperation and intern projects with companies, such as UTRC(USA),
Microsoft(USA), Cisco(USA),Renesas Mobile Corporation. |
